Work at Group-f – Cleaning Crew Coordinator Wanted!
As the Supervisor at Brussels Airport, you are the key player in ensuring the efficient running of aircraft cleaning operations! You make sure everything runs smoothly, from communication with airlines to fostering team spirit among the cleaners. You work closely with other coordinators and serve as the main point of contact for airlines. Together, you ensure that everything is carried out according to the highest quality and safety standards.
Your tasks
🗣️ Communication: You are the link between airlines, dispatchers, and team leaders.
🛠️ Problem-Solving: From unexpected situations to complaints – you handle them with flair and ensure a swift solution.
🦺 Safety & Quality: You ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and that we always meet contractual agreements.
🔄 Flexibility: Unexpected situations, such as changing flight information or last-minute absences, are no problem for you! Together with dispatchers, you ensure smooth handling.
📅 Administration: You handle reports, invoicing, complaints management, and lost & found with precision and speed.
Requirements
Experience in a leadership role, within the aviation sector or facilities management, is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and basic English.
Stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
You have a driver's license (B) and are willing to obtain a tarmac driving license in the short term.
